QuickBooks® Setup
All packages are preceded by a QuickBooks file analysis and/or setup. See which scenario applies to you.
If you already have a QuickBooks Desktop file which needs to be converted to QBO (QuickBooks Online):
- We will do an analysis of your QB Desktop file, to determine if it is in good enough shape to be converted to QBO.
- Our findings may indicate cleanup work needs to be done on the file pre-conversion. If that is the case, we will provide you with a report of what needs to be done and a quote for the service.
Fee: $450 for file analysis
If you have a pre-existing QuickBooks Online File:
- We will do an analysis of your QBO file, to determine if it is in good enough shape to commence with a Package.
- Our findings may indicate cleanup work needs to be done. If that is the case, we will provide with a report of what needs to e done and a quote for the service.
Fee: $450 for file analysis
If you need a brand new QuickBooks Online file established.
- We will setup a QBO file for you from scratch, including a custom Chart of Accounts, and we will establish your bank feeds and prior period transactions.
